I started my Ripple Education journey to run alongside my part-time permanent teaching role and had a brilliant 9 months experience. All my placements were matched to my strengths and suited me well. I was a non-driver but fluent with bus/train routes and also a first-time mum, who initially was finding it a struggle to find a work/life balance after returning from maternity leave.

Heather and the team were amazing at ensuring I was based within a suitable travelling range and catered to my needs. The supply role gave me the flexibility and the postive mind-set I needed to be the best teacher and parent I could be and most of all I felt valued and respected as an employee.

I have had a wonderful experience during my time so far with Ripple Education and that is all thanks to Heather and Emma. They have both been incredibly friendly and welcoming, spending effort and time, with not only finding me work positions in schools, but also providing access to training and a plethora of information and guidance that has given me a better understanding with how to effectively work in a school environment. I am thankful for all the help that they have given me and for the fact that I feel as though I can freely ask for help when I need it.
